Several days ago, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee made public, four measures for doing good urban construction archives service work.

The first measure is to enhance publicity and education. Construction engineering archives service manuals should be made with the combination of practice in the region and provided to enterprises as soon as the project starts operation. Guidance should be enhanced from the very beginning until the end, and correctness of construction engineering archives should be ensured.

The second measure is to increase operational transparency. Texts related to provision and standard of sorting out urban construction archives will be made public on the Internet to facilitate enquiries. It should be downloaded and utilized by enterprises.

The third measure is to strengthen performance efficiency construction. Related personnel should go to enterprises for door-to-door service, lay stress on key projects, make staged targets according to progress of works, check and give directions by stages, and solve problems existing during the process of collecting and sorting out engineering archives of enterprises in construction stage.

The fourth measure is to enhance exchanges and communications with users, understand the requirements of common archives users and positively provide thoughtful and meticulous services.
