Karamay will hold the 2016 Silk Road Science Festival at the Karamay Exhibition and Convention Center from July 21 to 26.

The expo is jointly organized by the Xinjiang Association for Science and Technology and the Xinjiang government.

It intends to enhance communication regarding science and technology innovation among countries in the Silk Road Belt area.

Highlights: Dcua team from Ukraine, number one in the CTFTIME list, and another ten domestic and foreign famous teams such as Rising will go head-to-head in network countermeasures.

Event: Artificial Intelligence Creative Competition

Highlights: With a theme of "artificial intelligence" and "science and growth", the competition will consist of an artificial intelligence design contest, an artificial intelligence product display, a juvenile S&T outcome display and lectures by experts.

Visitors can also experience the advanced science equipment brought by companies like Microsoft, Sony, Laser-sino Technology Co and Beijing Tiertime Technology Co. Artificial intelligence experts will give speeches to popularize the field.

Outstanding students from Tsinghua University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign will share their study stories with the visitors.
