CPC striving to be vanguard of new era with vibrant energy

Facing in-depth changes in the global situation, changes in China's own domestic conditions and fresh development of the Party itself, as well as overall stern, complex tests, all Party members should heighten their sense of crisis, urgency as well as mission and responsibility, etc, and they should also observe the Party spirit or disciplines, work in a down-to-earth manner and an innovative spirit, so as to benefit people more. Only by doing so, can the CPC steer "China modernization ship" to sail ahead cleaving through waves.

The CPC is a great Party, which has traversed a glorious, lofty course of 89 years. In various historical periods of revolution, construction and reform, CPC grassroots organization and Party members have been playing an exemplary vanguard role and contributing immensely to the Party and people's cause.

Grassroots Party organizations and Party members have implemented plans, ideas and measures for the nation's scientific development, and pooled efforts to hasten the transfer of economic development mode and to keep a steady, relatively fast economic growth. Moreover, they exert their utmost to promote social harmony, coordinate the interests of all sides concerned and dissolve contradictions and disputes among people.

As long as Party organizations at various levels and the masses of Party members, and leading officials in particular, should keep up their promises and take an exemplary role. The CPC's advanced character should be retained, and the cause of the Party and people would forge ahead continuously.

The CPC is due to celebrate it 90th anniversary on July 1 next year. Recalling its glorious course since its birth nearly a century ago, the CPC has related the Party Building closely to China's modernization cause, to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and to the fundamental interest of people in China. As the new era is full of opportunities and challenges, all Party members should be bold in making innovations and breaking new ground in reform and they will be better able to perform feats, which are worthy of the Chinese nation.
