China gets a mighty cheer from me for this. I am an electrician in a car plant in the United States. Since the Three Gorges Dam was completed, I have been watching its progress online. Very few people in the US know of this amazing achievement. This project is so astounding that I can't praise it enough. It will produce massive amounts of pollution-free energy, and its flood-control capability will save millions of lives over the years.
The Three Gorges Dam really is a miraculous achievement.
