To enforce the rules of law

I would like the new leadership to enforce the rules of law. Not more laws, but enforcing the many existing laws. Make and publicize that the law of the land is above every one person.

Property rights - what's legally mine should stay and remain mine. The government and corrupt officials cannot confiscate and steal my rightful property. More official transparency from both the central to the village level governments. Publicize the official paid salary of all civil servants levels for public scrutiny. Give more power to the tax officials. Set up a powerful and independent "ICAC" to watch over corruption of officials.
