Speaking the truth is priority of two sessions

The need to speak the truth is a consensus of the delegates attending the two sessions of the National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. After China entered the digital age, fierce debate on the Internet contrasted sharply with the less-productive, though costly, conferences. Each delegate should cherish the valuable opportunities of face-to-face discussions, especially the chance to communicate with the State's decision-makers.
