I love chopsticks!

I have become reasonably adept at chopstick use, but after the meal is over it is still obvious where I have been sitting based on the tablecloth stains from dropped food. We eat about 2/3 's of our evening meals with chopsticks. I even prefer to eat some non-Chinese food - such as spaghetti and meatballs - with chopsticks as well.

What I like most about chopsticks, is when the meal is almost over, and there has been some conversation at the table, and the food in your stomach has settled a little, you can just reach out and pick up another morsel or two. That seems to be easier with chopsticks.
