| Sarah Hyland confirmed that her and ex-boyfriend Matt Prokop have broken up after 5 years of dating. The "Modern Family" star went solo to the Emmy's yesterday. Sarah and Matt met in 2008 while auditioning for "High School Musical 3: Senior Year", and starred together in Disney's "Geek Charming" in 2011. Photos were taken on the set of "Geek Charming", where they shared a romantic kiss during the sunset and waited for a shuttle to take them to their set in Vancouver, BC. [Photo/IC] |
