Yes! I still practice offering my seat to an elderly or handicapped person. Sometimes they refuse but we still have to offer the seat/s to them... there's no harm. At the end of the day it's a happy feeling that we helped other people and who knows good karma comes and when we get old we get the same scenario and same response on what we did years ago.
