Solo venture to Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou

Day 1: Shanghai

I walked to People’s Square because it’s the launching point of two Big Bus routes. The surrounding area also has oodles of attractions.

It’s important to note, the pick-up point for the Big Bus tour is NOT at the regular public station. It’s in conjunction with the other sightseeing bus associated with the city itself.

I hopped on the tour bus and let it take me to The Bund, a walking area along the river with spectacular views of Shanghai’s skyline, which includes the Oriental Pearl TV Tower.
