Li Min did her postgraduate work at Tsinghua University. In 2010, Li Min started working at China Daily as an art editor. She is in charge of illustrations for the homepages of the China Daily European, China Daily, and China Daily USA, and the cartoons on the comments page.
Motto: success is never about how much you gain but how much redundancy you throw away.
Li Min: I like hand-drawing illustrations, and I insist on handwriting with pencil. I absorb innovation from the collections of daily life. Every time I draw the homepage illustrations for China Daily European, I need to create the cartoon with consideration for the visual effect of the newspaper. In my mind, a good illustration and content of the newspaper must complement each other, so the reader can enjoy a good newspaper.
