A man is happy to get his cash back (210,000 yuan or $32,861) during a public meeting to return ill-gotten gains held by a police substation in Bozhou city, East China's Anhui province, Sept 14, 2011. In 2011, the substation solved 1,384 criminal cases, retrieving more than 700,000 yuan, 17 vehicles, 37 motorcycles and electronic bicycles and other ill-gotten gains, worth a total of more than 5 million yuan.
