Volunteers raise public awareness about caring for autistic children by dancing and reciting poems in Shenyang city, Northeast China's Liaoning province, on March 31, 2013. Autism is a neural development disorder characterized by impaired social interaction and communication, and by restricted and repetitive behavior.
