Editor's Note 

Shanghai’s Lujiazui Finance District, alongside the Huangpu River, facing the Bund, has become the city’s financial core and has been a witness to the boom in China’s financial sector since the first development of Pudong New District back in 1990.

It holds the headquarters of major financial institutions from China and abroad and is one of the city’s most famous landmarks.
