Zhongguancun Park Innovation Services

Launched in September 2014, the Zhongguancun Park Innovation Services program provides online and offline services to business groups selling or looking for technologies. The program features websites for services, technology transaction and IP transfer.

Aiming to offer convenient, quick and transparent services, the program, the website of which is fwtx.zhsp.gov.cn, enables local government departments, service institutions, companies and talent to communicate online and share information.

Since its launch, the initiative has resolved 38 enquiries from companies and helped 10 companies deal with business and logistics problems.

The technology transaction website is where technologies can be better and quicker transferred into the market. Organizers said the site www.test361cy.com, now in trial operations, offers a venue for universities, companies, associations, institutions and many others to put their technologies and patents online.

Registered companies in Zhongguancun and other potential buyers can search for the specific product they need and find detailed information on professional evaluation and certification. If the deal is done, the companies can also get rewards or subsidies from the government.

The platform now has 378 registered members and are 146 organizations on the platform, including academic institutions, industry associations, technology parks and service institutions. The IP platform, similar to the technology website, www.zgcipex.com, now has some 350 register members and more than 1,300 IP projects including patents. Zhongguancun has also compiled plans and regulations to promote IP protection and to facilitate technology transfer.
