Taicang, a county-level city in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, held the Belt and Road Initiative and Dialogue of New Sino-German Cooperation on June 1-2.
The dialogue was co-sponsored by China Economic Cooperation Center (CECC), Rudolf Scharping Strategie Beratung Kommunikation GmbH (RSBK) and Siemens AG, and organized by the people's government of Taicang and China Energy Reserve and Chemicals Group.

Over 120 representatives from China and foreign political, industrial and commercial, academic and media circles participated. They visited the container wharf of Taicang, Sino-German (Taicang) Cooperation Achievements Exhibition, TRUMPF (China) and the Technical Training Center of AHK-Shanghai Chien-shiung Institute of Technology on the morning of June 1.
