4. The State Council's decision on the fourth batch of cancellation and adjustment of the administration examination and approval processes, 2007

Material needed

1. Application form

2. The decision of the highest authority of the company

3. Equity transfer agreement (issues related to stock transfer)

4. Amendment of the joint-operation (for joint-ventures)

5. Enterprise amendment to the articles

6. Credit certification of the new joint party from the bank (issues related to stock transfer)

7. The business licenses of the new joint parties (Photocopies only; the business certificate of the foreign parties needs notarization and certification.

8. Identification of the corporate representative of the new joint party (needs notarization and certification)

9. Pre-approval notice of the name of the company(Photocopy, for the change of company name)

10.Certificates for the legal usage of buildings (Photocopy, only for the change of location of the company)

11.The ending agreement of the joint-operation and the articles of enterprises (limited to the termination issues)

12.Application form for foreign companies to increase distribution and the category of importers and exporters(limited to increased distribution)

13. Business License of companies (photocopy)

14.Approval certificate

15.Other materials needed according to laws and regulations

Seven working days if the application material is correct
