Chongqing New North Zone, located at the southwest of Liangjiang New Area in the mega-city of Chongqing, is a national service outsourcing, high-tech service and digital press base. It is regarded as an “outsourcing industry paradise” for its policies that promote development, a good environment and advanced facilities.

During years of development, the zone has built an industrial layout of four automobile industrial parks (Cuiyun Automobile Industrial Park, Huangmaoping Automobile Industrial Park, Pingchang Automobile Industrial Park and Strategic Emerging Industrial Park); four business districts (Zhaomushan Technology Business Zone, Jinshan International Business Zone, Lijia International Tourism Zone and Jinzhou Business Zone); and three science and technology parks (Entrepreneurship Incubator Park, Software Industrial Park and Internet Industrial Park).
