New 'Xiamen reception hall' Xiamen CGDG New Era Plaza unveiled

Located on Lujiang Road in Siming district, on the southwest side of YunDang Lake, stands the tallest building in Fujian province - Xiamen CGDG New Era Plaza, which is the new "Xiamen reception hall", was officially opened on March 29, while the "Siming and Gulangyu Island reception hall" and "Lujiang Road international talent service center" were unveiled alongside it.

Siming district has been optimizing its business environment and has implemented a number of key projects, driving economic growth. The Xiamen CGDG New Era Plaza is a representative example of this effort.

The plaza is a commercial complex which includes office space, hotels, commercial establishments, and tourism facilities. With a total construction area of approximately 300,000 square meters and a total investment of around seven billion yuan ($967 million), it is a key project for Fujian and Xiamen.

Plot A has a building height of 339.88 meters, making it the tallest building in Fujian. It has a total construction area of 179,000 square meters and is positioned to become an internationally-leading LEED platinum-certified super grade A office building. It is scheduled to be put into operation by the end of this year.

Plot B has a building height of 192 meters and a total construction area of 122,000 square meters. It is positioned to become a world-class hotel and will open in 2026.

The investment promotion Center of Xiamen CGDG New Era Plaza is a comprehensive space that integrates investment reception, tourism, negotiations, and model room displays. It houses the Xiamen public welfare investment promotion exhibition hall, as well as a linked investment promotion office area.
