Xining is the capital of Qinghai province in West China and the largest city on the Tibetan Plateau.Referred to as China's Summer Resort Capital, Xining is located on the eastern edge of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the upper reaches of Huangshui River. It is the political, economic, scientific and technological, cultural and traffic center of Qinghai Province.
