Rockets seeking to trade McGrady

HOUSTON, Texas: The Houston Rockets confirmed on Tuesday they are seeking to trade Tracy McGrady, after a request for a move from the two-time NBA scoring champion's representatives.

McGrady, a seven-time All-star, has been unhappy with his playing time in six games since he returned from knee surgery in the offseason.
McGrady, who is due to make about $23 million this season in the last year of his contract, has played 46 minutes in six games since returning from microfracture surgery on his left knee. That procedure, last February, cut short his previous season.
