Fencing champion now party congress delegate

Zhang Liangliang reached the final of the men's individual foil in 2005 at the World Fencing Championships in Leipzig, Germany. In Chinese men's foil team, Zhang is not the one who comes up with the best results, but he is definitely the one with the most persistence.
