Buts Vitaliy of Ukraine wearing the yellow jersey celebrate at the podium during stage 4 of the 15th Tour of Qinghai Lake International Road Cycling Race in Qinghai province on July 20. Buts Vitaly has been keeping hold of the yellow jersy since stage 2. Starting from Qinghai's Guide county to Qinghai Lake, the fourth stage is 147 kilometers long.
