Shanghai's traditional double-boiled clay pot soup is available at AROMA of Hyatt on the Bund. The soups contain such medicine such as pilosulae, cordyceps sinensis and odoratum. Aroma also offers such winter dishes as braised crab with wolfberry and eel, and braised ostrich with gastrodia tuer and chili sauce.
