Ocean of golden canola flowers in Luoping, Yunnan

Blooming canola flowers are a sign that spring is coming. The small county of Luoping lies in the relatively underdeveloped eastern part of Yunnan province, near neighboring Guizhou and Guangxi provinces.

Every spring, the entire county transforms into an ocean of canola flowers, attracting thousands of travelers and photographers who enjoy the spectacular views. The county was also included in CNN's list of 15 of the world's most colorful landscapes published last year.
