School bus meant for 29 found carrying 67
A 29-seat school bus was found transporting 64 children and three adults in Wanrong county, Shanxi province, on Friday, by reporters from legaldaily.com.cn who were doing unannounced visits.
Wangrong county transportation police also found that the vehicle had no license plate, and the driver too was unlicensed. The driver has been fined 2000 yuan for unlicensed driving.
