An Arabic food promotion will come alive at Grand Caféof Grand Hyatt Beijing from Sept 20 to 28.

Two Arabic chefs Fawaz Al Fawair, Chef de Partie of Grand Hyatt Amman in Jordan and Bilal Mahmoud Abu Hamida, Junior Sous Chef of that Jordanian hotel had just flown to Beijing to contribute to an authentic Arabic cuisine and will both provide a wonderful dining feast for visitors.

Various Arabic delicacies ranging from hot and cold appetisers, main courses and desserts will be served from an interactive show kitchen in Grand Café.

Chef Leslie Chew, the executive sous chef of Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza highly recommends the Roasted Whole Lamb with Oriental Rice. The authentic fresh ingredients used such as local lamb will make you adore this Arabic staple.

Another very popular dish will be the Cauliflower with Tahina Sauce and Roasted Snapper with Onion Chips. These dishes are well matched with Freekeh with lemon and croutons. The traditional mix Arabic sweet is a great sweet ending dessert.
