China won't adopt deficit monetization or negative interest rates

China cherishes the conventional monetary and fiscal policies and will not adopt deficit monetization or negative interest rate policies, said Guo Shuqing, chairman of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission in Shanghai on Thursday.
