Peace researcher: World Conference on China Studies promotes dialogue and peace

The World Conference on China Studies opened in Shanghai on Tuesday, with the theme of "Historical and Contemporary China: A Global Perspective".

Jan Oberg, founder of the Transnational Foundation for Peace and Future Research in Sweden, said that the conference embodies a gesture of peace and fosters mutual understanding through dialogue.
