Q1 How do you see the dangers of overbuilding? As Junfeng's story shows, there are ghost towns, but the 70 major cities are super crowded.
Q2 Who pays for urbanization? HSBC estimates total fiscal cost on 260 million migrant workers in cities (public housing and children's education) is 6.24 trillion yuan. Local government finances are strained as they are.
