15. Siu Chung Mok

On April 15, 2011, Siu Chung Mok, a Hong Kong actor, was arrested for using drugs. Siu Chung Mok showed up to his police inquiry wearing a dark jacket and light colored pants. At the same time, Siu Chung Mok's assistant and friend were arrested by police. Siu Chung Mok said that he was not interested in marijuana, but later tested positive for the drug after he took a urine test. His assistant and his friend also tested positive for marijuana along with methamphetamine and ketamine.

Once the results were in, Siu Chung Mok admitted that he smoked marijuana at the Summer Palace on Apr 13.

On May 8th, Siu Chung Mok, accompanied by his assistant, attended a press conference in Hong Kong. During the conference, Siu Chung Mok admitted to smoking marijuana. He apologized for having been a negtive influence.
