Since arriving in China from New Zealand, I have had the chance to try some exceptionally delicious Chinese food. My favorite meal by far is dumplings, there is a wonderful place in Beijing that makes colorful dumplings and they not only taste amazing - but they look great too.

At times it can be tricky finding food as I am a vegetarian and lots of Chinese meals include meat. But I haven't had to look too hard to find a variety of delightful meals.

I don't know what I am going to do when I go back to New Zealand and I have to eat plain meals. Best wishes to China and I hope the future is bright.
