Henan preserves ancient figurine art

A craftsperson applies the finishing touches on a Tang sancai figurine, a tri-color style of glazed pottery from the Tang Dynasty, in Nanshishan village, Mengjin county, Henan province on January 5, 2014. The village is famous for making this ancient-style art. According to historical records from Mengjin county, the pottery craftsman Gao Liangtian succeeded in copying sancai art works with vivid colors.
