Easy Talk: Top 10 most attractive Chinese cities

Foreign expats have many choices when choosing where to live in China, but which city is the most foreigner friendly? This year, an annual survey called Amazing China listed top 10 most attractive Chinese cities, the survey was participated by over 70,000 foreigners and is based on four major indexes, namely policy environment, political environment, working environment and living environment. Shanghai tops the list for the second year in a row with Beijing coming in second.
