The organizing forms of Sino-foreign cooperative enterprises can choose
Cooperative enterprises can be joint ventures which get Chinese legal representative or cooperation which do not get. The joint venture acquiring legal person is a limited liability company. If the cooperative enterprise does not get Chinese legal representative, the 9th chapter of implementing regulations of the law on Sino-foreign cooperation has special provisions toward this.
