Zhang Laiming
Zhang Laiming, Vice President (Vice Minister) of DRC, was born in Jinhu county, Jiangsu province in August 1964. He got a Bachelor's Degree in law from Peking University in July 1984, and a Master's Degree in law with a specialty in constitutional law from Peking University in July 1987.
