Shi Guanghui, male, Han ethnic group, was born in January 1970 in Fuyang, Anhui province. He began working in July 1991 and joined the CPC in July 1993. He has a bachelor’s degree from Tongji University and the title of senior engineer.
Zhao Deming, male, Yao ethnic group, was born in Jinxiu, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region in September 1963. He began work in August 1983 and joined the CPC in June 1985.
Liu Jie, male, Han ethnic group, was born in Danyang, Jiangsu province in January 1970. He began work in August 1992 and joined the CPC in December 1996.
