We should pay kids to do their job. If they don't do their jobs, the children don't get paid, therefore teaching them that a good work ethic shall be rewarded and bad work ethic will get nothing. Also, paying kids for chores is like taking children’s steps into the real world，which makes them learn and take more responsibility.
