III. Project Description:
Dawei Company independently researched and produced the 13GHz and 15GHz PDH ODU, which integrates the application of advanced micro belt film circuit and flexible board microwave circuit, not only elevated the products' reliability but also reduced the cost for batch production. These two kinds of products adopt independent receiving and sending in function, selectable frequency and adjustable network administration software, for adapting various frequency intervals. Their sending frequency may be accurately adjusted through network administration. The level of the receiver may be accurately indicated, which may be adjusted through emitting frequency and the receiving level may be accurately indicated. Thus radio channel declining including two declining may be completely solved. The design and function of this product has reached world-leading level and these products have cost advantage of domestic manufacturing.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form:
The total investment of this project is USD 4.84 million. Joint venture operation: technique share Participation (stock rights ratio is to be decided).

V. Anticipation of Market and Investment Return:
After project completion, the annual production value will be USD 6.06 million and USD 7.86 million in the first and second year, and annual profit will be USD 1.52 million and USD 1.98 million respectively. The investment recovery period is 2.5 year.
