          Rapid Development and Emerging Opportunities

A powerful sports boom is under way in China, with significant implications for companies looking to build their brands with the country's enormous consumer population. The 2008 Beijing Olympics are a major catalyst for change, and rapid development is also occurring in virtually every other sports sector. The traditional pillars of sports marketing -- including mass television viewership, sponsorships, and endorsement deals -- are taking shape. This program -- presented with FORTUNE's sister publication Sports Illustrated -- will bring together the leaders of sports in China with experts from around the globe to discuss these fascinating changes and explore the opportunities they present for multinational companies.  Registration is required.

          LEARNINGS FROM THE NFL
Paul Tagliabue, Commissioner, National Football League, on the changing formula that has made the NFL into the preeminent U.S. pro sport, a business that generates more than $5 billion annually. One of America's most skilled managers, he has expanded the league, secured the biggest TV contract in entertainment history, increased attendance to record levels, and embarked upon a program of international expansion.

SPORTS STARDOM IN THE AGE OF GLOBALIZATION
Phil Jackson, extraordinary leader who coached the L.A. Lakers and Chicago Bulls to greatness, will join national hero Deng Yaping, winner of four Olympic Gold Medals in table tennis, in a special session moderated by Terry McDonell, Managing Editor of Sports Illustrated.

CHINA'S EMERGING SPORTS BOOM: FACTS, FIGURES, AND INSIGHTS
How big is it? How big will it get? And how fast? Experts including McKinsey Managing Director and author Michael Wolf will give us the facts… and help us interpret what they mean.

DOMESTIC SPORTS IN CHINA: WHERE ARE THEY GOING?
Top officials from China's domestic sports franchises, including Yu Zhifei of the Shanghai International Circuit and top representatives from China's football and basketball leagues, will shed insight into the development of local sports.

          CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS
Herbert Hainer, CEO of Adidas-Saloman, and Tony Ponturo, Anheuser-Busch's VP Global Media and Sports Marketing, will join leaders from other companies that have supported the world of sports with sponsorships and alliances to discuss their experiences and aspirations.

          THE OLYMPIC LEGACY
Special question and answer session with the man who made an enormous contribution to the modern Olympics with his revolutionary leadership as the President of the Los Angeles Olympics Organizing Committee: Peter V. Ueberroth. A former Commissioner of Major League Baseball, today he is Chairman of the U.S. Olympic Committee.

          SPORTS AND THE MEDIA
The modern sports business and the experiences of sports fans have been inextricably entwined with the world of television and other media. Media and advertising experts -- including the most powerful man in China sports broadcasting, CCTV5 President Ma Guoli, and the head of one of the world's top communications company, Sir Martin Sorrell of WPP -- will discuss lessons learned and opportunities ahead.

          HENRY KISSINGER ON GLOBAL SPORTS
The Honorable Henry Kissinger is, of course, one of history's great statesmen and strategic thinkers on international relations. Did you know that he is also one of the world's biggest sports fans? In this extraordinary closing session, Dr. Kissinger will share his passionate views on soccer and the role of sports in an interconnected world.
