Rights enjoyed by owners

Property owner enjoys broad property rights, and can lawfully possess, utilize, profit from and dispose of his real property or movable property. The property owner is entitled to establish the usufructuary rights and real rights for security on his own real property or movable property. The usufructuary rights include the right to the contracted management of land, right to use land for construction, right to use house sites, easement rights and other rights. The real rights for security refer to the property rights established by the creditors in the civil activities as lending and trading in order to safeguard the realization of the creditors’ rights according to the legal provisions.
