Influence of specific situation such as disaster rescue and relief on the property rights

In order to meet such urgent needs as disaster rescue and relief, the real property or movable property of entities or individuals may be requisitioned within the limits of power and in compliance with the procedures as provided for by law. After the use of the requisitioned real property or movable property, they shall be returned to the entities or individuals whose real property or movable property is requisitioned. Where the real property or movable property of entities or individuals is requisitioned or if they are damaged or lost thereafter, compensations shall be made therefore. The reason for this provision is to consider the balance between the protection of property rights and the protection of the public interests, which, fundamentally speaking, is conducive to the whole society and the interests of every right holder.
