Penalties for acts such as illegally limiting the freedom of another person or intruding into the house of another person

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who commits any of the following acts, shall be imposed on a detention of not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days and in addition, a fine of not less than 500 Yuan but not more than 1000 Yuan; if the circumstances are relatively light, a detention of not less than five days but not more than ten days and in addition a fine of not less than 200 Yuan but not more than 500 Yuan shall be imposed on:

(1) organizing, coercing or inducing persons under the age of 16 or disabled persons to conduct terrifying or inhumane performances;

(2) forcing another person to work by violence or threat or other means; or

(3) illegally restricting the freedom of another person, illegally intruding into another person’s house or illegally searching the body of another person.
