Penalties for forcibly buying or selling commodities
According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, forcibly buying or selling commodities and forcing another person to provide services or to accept services are illegal acts against the administration of public security and shall be imposed on a detention of not less than five days but not more than ten days and in addition a fine of not less than 200 Yuan but not more than 500 Yuan; if the circumstances are relatively light, a detention of not more than five days or a fine of not more than 500 Yuan shall be imposed on.
