The Xiaohai neighborhood committee in Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area held a 2013 Spring Festival performance in Xingjing block.
The villagers wrote, performed and directed the plays themselves. Zhu Liang, a villager from Luohua, performed the song Because of Love that depicted the happy life of three family members.
