Licang District is located in the northern part of Qingdao, with an area of 98 square kilometers and a population of 3.7 million people.
Licang plans to accelerate the construction of the west central business district of the east coast of Jiaozhou Bay, while building the north central building and commercial center in the middle of the district and a central residential area in the east.
The 2014 International Horticultural Exposition Park is situated in this district.
