Typical... in Europe false beggars are usually Gypsies, but also other persons do the "professional begging". Now in the newspapers in Poland there is a story about a man who owns few good cars, has nice house etc, living as a professional beggar. This is one of the reasons I avoid giving anything to beggars - "You never know...". Another reason is that some of them are kind of like the Mafia, that forces kids and others to "work" for them.
