It is good to relax the family planning policy among highly-educated people. We need to be rational and objective on policy. Highly-educated people have a higher social status and can give their children a better environment in which to grow up. It is good to ease the national burden of helping poor mothers or dropout students. We should not be blamed for being sympathetic towards vulnerable groups, but compared with sympathy, it is more urgent to eliminate poverty.
