Chongqing Zein Pharmaceutical from Southwest China's Chongqing reached an agreement with Bines, a pharmaceutical company from South Korea, on May 31 in Incheon, South Korea to cooperate on biopharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing.

As one of the leaders in global biopharmaceuticals, Bines is the first and only biopharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing company with global tracking records in Asia.

The agreement will allow both companies to make full use of their advantages and not only launch high quality biopharmaceutical products, but also build an R&D platform for biopharmaceuticals in Chongqing.

The project is expected to ensure the quality and manufacturing capability of Chongqing's biopharmaceuticals, boosting the development of the industry.

Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area will follow up the progress of the project and optimize its business environment, providing the necessary support of preferential policies, capital, talents, and services to attract more companies from South Korea.
