The leased supporting business area for talent apartment communities in Liangjiang New Area, Southwest China's Chongqing municipality, has reached 200,000 cubic meters, a record in the new area, according to local news reports on May 18.

The total construction area of the business area stands at 355,000 cu m. Liangjiang has successfully introduced many comprehensive business operators and major hotel operators, and coordinated with Chongqing Assets and Equity Exchange to broaden leasing trade channels.

Liangjiang Public Rentral Housing Co, which is in charge of the business area leasing and management, has worked to acquaint every operator with the requirements and procedures their businesses need to go through in an effort to boost work efficiency for the two sides.

Business areas surrounding different talent apartment communities have distinctive features. A large number of renowned chain stores and healthcare facilities have sprung up around Wanshou community, business areas around Siyuan community feature a wide range of living supplies; many middle- and high-end hotels, and mass business complexes are distributed around Longxing community, entertaining college students and local residents.
